"...ou de lancer..." ---> Couldn't really CLEARLY make this out, and the actual sentence is LONG, but it seems like throwing weapons are back. Unless they consider bosw as throwing weapons, but I think they would have said it otherwise
Found it. That a pic-legend, that's why I missed it.
"A une ou deux mains, tranchantes, contondantes ou de lancer, les diverses armes varient en fonction de leur origine culturelle : naines, elfes, humaines". de lancer --> throwing weapons. naines --> dwarf, aka dwemer weapons. Crap, that's a HUGE thing to miss. *is embarrassed* You're right also about the 120
different dungeons. We should have said that.
Also, in the same legends, random encounters take into account your level, but
also your equipment. Weirdly enough.
So with the throwing weapons, I take it you are focusing on the word "lancer"? Can you say a bit more about how this word is commonly used in French, and why you think this isn't merely referring to bows (for instance, is there another word which is more commonly used for bows?)
No worries, he got it right. "Armes de lancer" cannot be constructed as anything else than "Throwing weapons"
