[RELz] Zumbs' Improved Sniper Shack Home

This mod adds some options to customize the Sniper Shack, which can be found to the west of Rockbreaker's Last Gas.

A map marker has been added so that the house is more accessable. For your sanitary needs, an outhouse has been added outside the house. Electric light can be added to the house by fixing the power generator outside the house.

The insides can be cleaned up by activating the broom. This includes removal of paper, milk crates and cleaning up the cage. The removed items can be readded by activating the broom. The pets, Fluffy and Jitters, do not respawn.

This mod does not add loot, nor does it edit any containers. It can be viewed as a house mod lite.

Requirements
Fallout 3 version 1.7.0.3 (may work with other versions, but I have not tested it)

Install
FOMM
1) Open the package manager
2) Press Add New and browse to where you saved this archive
3) Highlight the mod and press Activate.

Manual
1) Extract "Zumbs' Improved Sniper Shack Home.esp" to your Fallout 3/Data folder
2) Open your prefered mod manager and activate the mod


Uninstall
Before uninstalling you should turn of the light and use the broom to add the stuff you removed back (if you want to keep it).

FOMM
1) Open the package manager
2) Highlight the mod and press Deactivate

Manual
1) Open your favorite mod manager
2) Uncheck "Zumbs' Improved Sniper Shack Home.esp"
3) Delete "Zumbs' Improved Sniper Shack Home.esp"

Compatibility
This mod should load after MMM. It will conflict with anything that modifies the sniper shack. Take a look in FO3Edit to investigate possible conflicts. This mod has been cleaned of dirty references.
