My Elder Scrolls Art

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 9:14 pm

From time to time I do some artwork inspired by The Elder Scrolls (Morrowind, specifically), and I thought you guys might be interested in seeing it. The first two are rather old, but the third is a recent piece. My major influence in these is, of course, Westly's beautiful mods. :)

That's strange...Renderosity is an open gallery.

Thank you. I use a 3D graphics program called Poser 7 Pro (Poser 6, actually, for the first two) and I do postwork in Photoshop CS2. :)

Very nice. Are you going to do an 'Altmer Beauty' as well?

Zaarin those were absolutely stunning. My favorites are a toss-up between the Dunmer beauty and the Romance, but they are all fabulous. I love Poser, DAZ, or Carrera works.

I had one planned. I was working on a series of Ethnic Beauties, and I was including the Elven races of Tamriel. I've discontinued the project, but I do have plans of revisiting it, at which time I will do an Altmer as well. :)

Thank you. :)

It's a fun (if expensive) hobby. :)

I also have recently done another of my current character: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=2078210&user_id=355592&member&np. I plan to do another of her and Julan. :)

Thank you. I have to say that Dunmer faces are unusually difficult to sculpt, since I only have the relatively low-res models from Morrowind to use as references. I also never realized how green Dunmer are until I was trying to match their skin tone within Poser. :)

Wow! Those are incredible, I wish I knew more about graphic art. Those are amazing, truly incredible. Make one of an Ordinator captain with his helm tucked under his arm. That would be sweet.

I'd need someone to make the Ordinator armor first...which isn't likely to happen, I'm afraid. :(

Thank you. I'm working on one of Julan Kaushibael. :)

Thanks. :) Good luck with that; 3D modeling is an art that has escaped me utterly. :(
