plz tell me someone does and yes i know u can do it with the geck but im to scared of the geck and what can happen so i avoid that but if it cant be helped then ill try

What exactly are you looking for though? Raiders that don't have crazy raider hair-dos? This is actually one of the easiest things to do in the GECK. If you're really worried about messing things up, you can always backup your data folder before you charge into the GECK.

Simply download the GECK, update it, then launch it. If you have a mod that uses the particular hair-do's you're looking for, then go to File > Open and select the ESP of the mod and set is as the Active file.

From that point, simply find the Raiders in the NPC lists, double click a raider, then tab over to their face tab to play around with their hairs. Save when you're done, and voila.

Also, MMM adds a lot of diversity to raiders. I don't know about hairstyles in particular, since I've been playing with MMM for years, but you might wanna give it a try
