I know that I spend a lot of time talking about what I consider to be serious business concerning Skyrim's content and gameplay, so I decided to share something a little more light-hearted. I created a song in GarageBand from scratch (using software instruments and my voice, but no pre-loaded loops) to showcase what I think the soundtrack of Skyrim may be like. I hope you enjoy it, it's really just something I did for fun and fandom.
Hey, feel free to geek out and share your art/writing/music/video-related Skyrim goodies. After all, you only get better at what you use.
Here's a link to the video on YouTube: snip Skyrim Unofficial Soundtrack[/url] (YouTube made me gather pictures from around the net to use as a background to the music, but none of them are there for the purpose of spoilers or whatnot. Feel free to just enjoy the music and ignore the images if need be.)
I should note that I tried to make the song in three parts to represent the types of music most occurring in TES games: exploration music, interior music (houses and shops) and battle/dungeon music. I know battle and dungeon are quite distinct, but since 'dungeon' usually describes more ambient noise than actual songs, I'm considering the "fading out" at the end to be dungeon music.
What do you think guys? Oh, and how do you like my Colovian Fur Helm?
