ist not good.

Please use the BOSS- Tool and read (!) the bosslog.txt

It looked a bit wrong to me too but if his game works and is stable, don't mess with success. Don't fix if it is not broken

No. That plugin should not be used unless you are playing without MMM. You should only have FCOM_Covergence.esp installed.
