Reseting Character Ability Trees : Othor Games

In The http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lep6Q8I-BPI&feature=player_embedded that came out today, At 4:20.
He sais you can completely reset one of your specific character's ability tree. Does anyone know if there is a cost? or penalty to do this?

Last I heard it sets you back a level to do so. I could have read what the guy said wrong though.

I actually never thought of that possibility. But what if your wearing lv 20 gear or using a lvl 20 ability, and you get set back to lvl 19 through respec? Seems like a pretty contradictory type of system in a sense.

Its a much easier system then say starting completely over.

Once you unlock gear it is permanently yours, so going back a level won't strip you of your sweet threads. Respeccing does indeed set you back a level, so you'll have to level back up if you want your rank 5 ability...back.

At least you don't have to save up respec points or anything. >_>

Sweet.....I am sure there is some sort of trade off. On the other hand.....why not just make another character so that you can have a vast array of options?
