Anyone got the blacksmith idle animation to work?

Anyone who have got the blacksmith anim to work on a custom npc merchsmith? I have duplicated everything from the two blacksmiths in shivering isles(idle anim, xmarkerheading, script, ai package), but the only thing that happens
is that the new npc is just standing there, and when i approach he wants me to leave, i fixed this by disabling continue if pc near, so now he just stands there doing nothing.

Waalx got it to work in http://waalx.com/RealSwordsForum/viewtopic.php?t=316. Download it and see if you can find what he did to make it work. Or just ask him. :shrug:

If it's the one where they hold a piece of metal in tongs, and hammer it on the anvil, then I've used it successfully, but I don't remember if it used an Animation Object or not. Those that do require that the actor has the object they're supposed to be using, so it might just mean adding something to the inventory to enable it.

@ghastley:

the two npc`s in shivering isles dont have a token object in their inventory, and adding one doesnt make my npc play that anim, so im quite lost.
