i went to TES website and the home page said that DF was available for installation. so i was pretty excited, and am installing it right now. but it also said i need to run an emulator or something alont with it. would i need to run it along with DF if im on Vista? and if so exactly how?

You'll need DOSbox, but the instructions and the stickied thread at the top should explain everything perfectly.
