I have a patch file with it's masters out of order. I've tried using TES4Edit to sort masters, but when I do it, a bunch of references, notably cell/worldspace references get messed up. What's the best way to sort masters without this kind of problem?

I like the "Edit Master List" function in TES4Gecko for that purpose.
