Enclave Commander Hotkey bug...

Recently noticed something strange.... the hotkey "G" which Enclave commander uses for highlighting targets, or in the case of its Vertibird transport, telling it to take off... although since finiching Tranquility lane.... pressing the hotkey causes my character to be able to activate anything no matter its distance, look at the sea that I'm nowhere near, and I can drink from it, open a container or talk to a person from a great distance.... its really annoying, also means that I cannot dismiss my Vertibird anymore either... :(

I origonally thought it was another mod trying to use the hotkey, but I tried moving the EC hotkey to "H" and it kept doing it...

I've not added any new mods since noticing this odd bug, but my savefile is currently 5.51MB, possibly a bloat problem?

It's a glitch!
The hand of god. ;)

Usually exiting the game and load of latest save will do the trick!
If not try the save before that.

And the save with 5 meg is still fine!

I've tried 4 saves and it keeps happening... I'll try going back to older saves to see if its happening all over, in the morning!

Ok Doublepost.... I tried 4 earlier saves, one of them being my first time out of the Vault... and the hotkey is still causing the above mentioned screwy behaviour.... lockpicking a cabanit from two houses away!! O_O

I am sorry that I can't help you out with your issue, but I have a question for you.

I see you have:
Mart's Mutant Mod.esm
Mart's Mutant Mod - Project Beauty.esp
Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp

I don't see the Mart's Mutant Mod.esp or any of the Mart's Mutant Mod DLC esp's, is there a reason for this?

You have CRAFT - Activation Perk.esp, yet you do not have CRAFT.esm.

CRAFT.esm IS there just above the project beuty one, and about MMM, its an older version, and am currently with a bandwith limit with the internet I'm using for the next couple weeks, gonna download the newer MMM next month when I'm back with good free wifi!

Have you tried to search the Enclave Commander comment section to see if anyone else had this issue and if there was a solution for it? I never tried out that mod, very sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Appears its RTS NW causing that.... Damn two perfectly awesome mods.... not being happy with each other, I'm not currently using RTS, since I wanna finich a few quests and make my character more indipendant first... so that means I suppose I could disable RTS till I plan on using it, then after that either disable Enclave commander, or just live with the fact that I can't use the hotkey.... since I only ever used it to send off the vertibird after using its container, just find a nice place to park it! :P

Good find!
I too use both mentioned awesome mods at the same time, jet never had the glitch to be so persistent.

Maybe the makers of said mods could pipe in and shed some light!

Anything I kill is fine, and all it takes to fix this ingame is to use the grab key to move them.... its still a little odd to see a corpse that looks like its had a Behmouth lay on its legs and another super mutent to stretch it out to make the meat last longer!
