Any conditions?

I've always used Vehk and Vivec and Seht and Sotha Sil whenever i felt like it, but are there certain condition for when to use Vehk or Vivec? Or Ayem and Almalexia for that matter? My guess is there are no conditions, and you just use the shorter one when you're feeling lazy. Am i right? No difference?

One generally finds the shorter names - Vehk, Seht, Ayem - in some profound spiritual context. In the Sermons, for example. Vivec, Almalexia and Sotha Sil are their popular, public names, while the shorter names are "holier".

That's my two cents, at any rate.

Also, it is much easier to type "Ayem" or "Seht" than their other names.

The holy names, Vehk, Ayem, Seht are also much easier to use when in a shocked disposition.

For example; HOLY SEHT!

That, or maybe it's just that obscurity itself is holy. :D

I must agree with Lord Hyamentar and AstionM.

I belive as AstionM: "One generally finds the shorter names - Vehk, Seht, Ayem - in some profound spiritual context. In the Sermons, for example. Vivec, Almalexia and Sotha Sil are their popular, public names, while the shorter names are "holier".

And as Lord Hyamentar said "It's easier to use their "holier" names in sentences like for example "Holy SETH!".

I usually try to say Seht, Ayem, and Vehk when I'm talking about the deities, and Sotha Sil, Almalexia, and Vivec when I'm talking about the cities.

My friends, when contemplating the meanings of the Triune name, think upon the words of Vehk and Vehk in this order...

"...my name is alive. "http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/lessons.shtml#20
