The Oreyn's.

Ok, I was just reading a few things on UESP. If Farvyn Oreyn was supposed to be the last decendent of Oreyn Bearclaw, then how abour Modryn? Was he removed from the family history?

I'm sure it's possible that there could be two Dunmer with the same surname without being related. Or, they could be related but Modryn is not a descendant of Oreyn Bearclaw. Who's to say that Oreyn Bearclaw didn't have brothers or uncles, or cousins twice-removed on his father's side.

Or rather, Modryns side of the family moved out of Morrowind, and therefore Farvyn is considered the last decendant by Vvardenfell inhabitants. After all, why would Malacath look in Cyrodiil?
Daedra Princes does not know everything.
I think.

When Mordryn gives you the helm, he says that Malacath was mistaken in thinking Farvyn was the last of the line, and that the helm was returned to his family by a stranger.

I take it that happens at the end of the FG questline then? I honestly have not bothered to try completing that guild yet.

I stand corrected!

Possible on all those. I'll have to ask my friend, as well. he's been playing the Elder Scrolls games since day one.
Heh, I figured this might get moved. Didn't see that there was another forum for this topic. >_<
