Well when i played Oblivion for the 360 i looked at tons of mods and found some realy neat ones.
But that was years ago and nowi cant find any cool ones in the mix up of mods.
Anyway heres a list of mods i am looking for and i would love it if you could link me to them.

Companion! is a must have. Im looking for one that can be re equiped with armor/weapons i choose. I like the mystic elves so that would be a plus side to have my own elf fighter.
A female companion is great but a male companion would be beter. At lease list me a bunch to choose from. Also a sweet looking pet like a wolf would be cool

Note: Im not sure if companions are actualy "companions" please let me know before i DL and install one lol. I would hate if on my male charactor i DL a male companion that starts loving me lol

Weapons:
Cool weapons that have a japanese/asianic feel to them. Like katanas with lovely runes on them one handed and two handed. Or similar thin blad style swords.
Elven style weapons are nice to so i add them to my list.

Ok heres some im not sure if they exist but eh we will see.

Polearms, Spears ect

And my last tid bit.

A lightsaber style weapon. Not looking for a star wars feel more of like a mage melds fire into a blad making it look like a lazer but star wars is chill.

Armor:
Any new armor add ons are ok. Looking for samuri/ninja styles but all is fine.
sixy outfits would be nice to.

Lastly:
New Places! Like houses on a hill or islands or even completly new places. I have heard somone is doing a hyrul mod, That sounds great but is that the only mod of that massive proportion?

Also i read up on a new vampire mod thats coming out hopfully soon. I have looked at it and it looks great! But is there other mods like that? ones that add new factions and questlines?

search for CM partners by Blackie for the partners. He adds a TON of new NPCs to the game that can be companions that follow you, plus an easy to use script that is flexible to be put onto any custom created partner so you can find thousands of other custom made partners uploaded to TES Nexus

as for new places, let me promote my own mod it only adds a small island. Just click the link in my signature and read about it to see if it sounds like the kind of mod you want.
Otherwise, search Nexus for Bartholm which adds a new city with lots of quests, and a small island world (accessed via boat) that has it's own quests as well.

Also, I recommend waiting for Tomlong's response as she ALWAYS has good information about installing mods, starting out your mod list and so forth. Belive me, modding Oblivion is essentially it's own science. There is a method and some steps you really need to follow to make sure your modded Oblivion will run properly and not crash often. (Expect it to crash a few times though)

My general recommendations, and opinions when it comes to quest mods:

All the things you ask for are definitely availlable in various mods. TESNexus is your oyster. Definitely try CM Partners for companions. Once you have it there is a huge range of companions you can download and try. If you like elves try Elves of Lineage companions, As for weapons try a collection like Armamentarium.
