Beasts of OB and MW

Besides, Cyrodiil's normal fauna helped make the Daedra seem more alien. The first time I saw a Daedra in Morrowind, I didn't think twice; it was just another freaky creature like all the others.
Something tells me Daedra would seem far more alien if brought into an incredibly contrasting alien environment than in normal everyday forests. The reason people in Morrowind have that reaction, is that the alien Daedra are in a not-so-much contrasting ash environment. Whereas Cyrodiil's alien (for most of us, at least) jungles would contrast even more to the Daedra.

(NOTE: Of course, this is all personal taste, so don't take my post too seriously please.)
