Are there any other methods to get Redguard to run?

Besides the Two in the "Getting the past games to run" Topic. I tried both methods and couldn't get it to run.

Buy Windows 95/98/ME.

Runs better with DOS 6.22 and a Voodoo compliant video card

Indeed it does. Only problem is that one is unable to install it (it's a Windows installer) and it require more RAM (since it can't use the Windows swapfile) which might be a problem if it's running on an old computer.

And since the original poster of this thread asked of an easy way to run the game, Windows 9x is the way to go.

If it has a Windows version, try Resplendent Resolver, maybe. http://www.resplendence.com/resolver

I you don't mind paying 10$ you could always get http://www.glidos.net/index.html?lang=en. I use Vista and this was the only way I could get it to work although there's no in-game music :( . You can use it for free but then it comes with a huge spinning glidos logo meant to annoy you so much that you pay them.

Ayep, but I can't be bothered to dig out one of my ancient computers, so something that doesn't require me to dig through the past 10-15 years worth of stuff would be more practical.

EDIT:

That looked a bit interesting, but I'm not very interested in buying anything though.
