View Distance/Draw distance

Heya guys, I'm currently using the metropolis mod from fallout nexus and I'm experiencing some weird ingame rendering. Normally the game runs fine, I play it on ultra+++ settings/full graphics and it runs without any problems. But I've been using the same mod on my old computer and experienced the same issues. It seems like there's something wrong with the view distance. And I was wondering how to increase this? It seems like a lot of buildings get cut off and magically disappear and pop back into the screen when I either turn my camera a little or move closer. Normally it renders lod and everything perfectly however now it seems like it doesn't work anymore. I'm wondering if this is because the buildings aren't lod or the normal meshes dont have lod attached [I have no idea how lod works but if that's how it works?] and that seems to be the reason why they disappear. However I have no issues at all rendering a city like the Pitt or large scale models like rivett city.

So I tried the tweakguides-guide for changing the ini but it doesnt changes anything ingame. Mabey I'm doing something wrong? Anyways, here is a screenshot of the problem and hopefully someone knows how to fix this and increase the view/draw distance. Like I said; Im running this on full graphics so the options for view distance in the launcher are already on max;

hey, is that particular building created by a mod?

The bethesda devs have good ways of making buildings that are sorta-visible from long ways away but modders have a hard time getting that part done because stuff gets built into the worldspace itself, it's not a static building by itself kinda.

Second thing do other people get the same stuff with that mod loaded? If other people see this too, it may not be fixeable within the usual modder's context - - - and its not your PC's problem.

As far as I know is no LOD made for Metropolis. So there is no distance information available for this mod.
