1) Try Amazone or Ebay or something similar.
2) No, you'll probably have to pay $35+ for a copy since its such an old game and very few people are offering it for sale.

I got mine for 25 at a local store, it wasnt a store, more like a video game shop/pawn shop if the guy will buy it...
