Is there a mod or console command to change your character's face? I remember there was a way to do it but I can't for the life of me remember.

Just remember not to click 'Done' when you're done, or your stats will be screwed up. Instead, open the console again, hit Esc and save your game.

Yes you can do from the console.

Go to ~showracemenu

Make your changes

DO NOT hit ~ or close the menu - just hit Save after you finish your changes and save to a new save game. Then load that game.

Note: After you make your changes, if you hit ~ you will not be able to save (it will be greyed out). If you close the showracemenu and go back to your game all your training skills will be reset. So only Save to a new game after you finish your changes.
