UnderGround Hideout Red exclamation marks : Fallout 3

I don't know what it is, but I used to use this mod before, and have no problems, but literally EVERYWHERE once I get inside is covered in a red exclamation point.

I THINK it may be because only the .esp is activated, and not the other file that comes with it, the BSA file I think.

How can I activate the BSA, cause I cannot see it anywhere.

The .bsa file is auto-activated if it is in the directory. If it's missing, maybe you deleted it.

Or perhaps you only installed the 7.05 update and not the 7.0 main file ?
