Enchanted/Magical Arrows

Would you want a way to obtain some magical arrows, poision them with a herb or a poision, enchanting your arrow with flame or torch it yourself and a way to smith ice arrows in a special forge only found in a tundra.

What do you think?

I'd like to be able to harvest Luminous Russula (glowing cave mushrooms) and apply it to the tip of an arrow, that way when I shoot it into a wall or enemy, it would provide a soft halo of green light for the surrounding area, giving me the opportunity to target my next mark in dimly lit dungeons. Also, the soft glow effect would serve as a "tracer round" for marksmen. Same would apply to lit, or fire enchanted arrows.

Edit: To me it never made sense that you enchanted individual arrows, would it not make more sense to enchant the quiver, so that it may pass the enchantment onto the arrows? Using the same amount of effort to enchant an arrow you use once as a sword you use throughout the game has always been silly to me.

And you could find some really powerful enchanted arrows in a stump behind a mead hall.

But yes, that would be really handy if as an archer you could learn alchemy OR enchanting.

I'm hoping you can equip a spell in one hand and a bow in the other eg: Fire and Bow, if you press them both together you temporarily enchant you bow with fire.

(@Aonaran like the glowing arrow idea, just like Rambo III).

I can't express how much I like this idea. Something like that would be great if applied to a limited set of spell effects.
