It's been awhile since I posted here, and I'm reinstalling Oblivion now.

Awhile back, I asked if you would ever make TIE compatible with Armamentarium or with Frans. I know there is TIE4MODS, but that seems to only cover MMM, OOO, and FCOM.

So, now that a month or two has passed, I still have the same question. Is Arma or Frans compatible?

Follow the instructions in that file, and you'll get about as close to perfection with TIE+Frans as is likely possible.

I don't think anyone has done similar for TIE+Arma.
