I predict that when the game is released on 11.11.11 that the two most wanted things (that haven't been confirmed) in the game will not be present in Skyrim, but instead the first downloadable content for the game will be about the Hunt of Hircine and will add both the ability to become a werewolf and spears to the game as they both fit extremely well with it.

Then again perhaps Bethesda won't go down that road again because that's basically what the Bloodmoon expansion for Morrowind was all about but yeah.. why not?

Werewolves make no sense at all whatsoever lore wise unless a hunt of Hircine is in progress(Correct me if I'm wrong on that) so basically werewolves won't be in unless this happens.. of course there would be no room for something like that in the main game, even a very long side questline would not do it justice.. with a spear being Hircine's main weapon they would have to add them of course.
