KOTN bug

This is the second KOTN NPC that I find with http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/8647/kotnskinbug.jpg. While not game breaking, it cause a "WTF have I done this time?" in my head. Have this already been known? Have not found any reference for a isolated KOTN problem yet... Even because I already use the UOP for KOTN

That looks normal. You have mismatching body and face textures. Do you have that Redguard tweak turned on in the bashed patch?

Weird... Now that I looked in the old saves I've found others redguyards with the same problem... only that the two of KOTN was the firts ones to be noted... But it can't be that long that the bug was around...
About the bashed patch, it's right, with the FGTS NULLER on (also tried it off now, no difference).
More weirdness: only the male ones are affected. Also tried now new games with both male and female redguards. And I remember trying they both several months ago, after the last game install (the awesome RBP+Better Redguard). I'll need to look the patchs to they again. Any more hint that could think would be nice.

I think you meant to remove the original better redguardsV2 and keep only theRBP one? Done, remade bashed patch, and nothing. Will look again tomow, tnx for now.

I have seen that before. The problem is Robert's mod. You can disable the original BR plugin without a problem, right? The RBP option takes care of it? That leaves Robert's mod, which makes sense. BR changes the texture path, and have Robert tagged Body-M in the bashed patch is overriding that change. If you uncheck Robert's plugin in the race changes section of the bashed patch, things should go back to normal...for Redguards. The easiest thing to do would be to patch the RBP plugin with Robert's changes and those of BR. I can walk you through that if you want to try.

I have already written some instructions for patching Ren's plugin, but the instructions are applicable to all cosmetic mods. If you need me to elaborate on a step, please ask. I will make these instructions more general, explicitly, in the future.

Just a feedback: I've managed to solve the problem copying/patching all the male paths of BETTER REDGUARDS V2 to MALEBODYREPLACEV4. Patching the RBP plugin had no effect.
Tnx again for th help that has guided-me to the solution.

Patching RBP would have no effect if you left the BR and Robert's mod still activated, after patching RBP's plugin with their changes.


Edit: Patching Robert's plugin worked because it has the Body-M tag, which means it overrides all other changes to male body data.
