In Search Of Tutorials

I'm looking for tutorials dealing with texturing landscape - while avoiding seams is easy, I find masking the squareness of the resultant landscape hard to conceal. So, if anyone could direct me to a good tutorial dealing with it, or share some personal tips and tricks I'd be gratefull.

I've never seen any tutorials on landscaping but there is a pdf catalog showing all the available landscape textures. Because the tiles are so huge there is nothing that can be done about the blockiness off landandscaping. The best you can do is avoid long straight edges and cover up some of the boundries with terraign models like rocks and buildings.

My exterior tutorial at TR touches on them a bit.

Avoiding squareness comes by placing statics/objects at corners or other similar areas, and using a big enough sized brush when applying vertex shading around the edges, that way you can curve the brush in places without missing any of the texture borders, which makes the area seem more organic, or at least, less square.
