Skyrim Resource.

It hints at the types of enemies or characters you'll be facing. Quite surprised how now with the release of skyrim over the horizon so many seemingly useless texts now have context...

children of the sky is just a poetic description of thu'um.

considering you're essentially their chosen one this time around i highly doubt you're going to be going up against any tongues in combat.

they're already confirmed for being in the game, though, so

I would like the option to go up against them, as long as they are hard as hell.

It's just like the writings of Nostradamus, they really have no meaning toward foreseeing the future, they just fit after the future has already happened, thus is why Nostradamus is just a fake and why some people believe in him just because his vague writings sound like the fit something. Children of the Sky has been around since Morrowind and it just gives examples of what tongues have done in the past. Some people think it is foreshadowing but it's not, just like some people think M'aiq talking about dragons was foreshadowing Skyrim but he was probably just talking about the avatar of Akatosh you would see at the end of Oblivion and when he talked about dragons in Morrowind it was just a joke about how they didn't have dragons in TES except in Redguard (the dragonlings in Daggerfall don't count).

"The further north you go into Skyrim, the more powerful and elemental the people become, and the less they require dwellings. Wind is
fundamental to Skyrim and the Nords; those that live in the far wastes always carry a wind with them." NOW being a game developer that
resource alone is enough to start building on. Make the map semi linear with all the bosses to the north. Fast travel has to do with wind or something.
(maybe an accurate version of icaration flight where you select where you wanna go on the map then get flown away to that location.)
