I'm not sure what you're asking.
If you want to alter the mesh, you'll have to open it in a 3D rendering program like Blender or Nifskope. (both are free)
The original meshe will have to be pulled from your Morrowind BSA package. (you'll need something like the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Utilities.Detail&id=32 to open it)

New textures go in the Data Files/Textures folder (located within your main Morrowind folder) If you don't have a texture folder in there yet, just create one.

Can you give me a link to the rendering downloads?

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=blender+download requires http://python.org/download/, https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyffi/files/ and https://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/blender_nif_scripts/; https://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/nifskope/ is stand-alone and has the added bonus of being able to directly open files from inside BSAs. You really don't need Blender unless you want to edit meshes - for texture replacement NifSkope is fine :)

I have an odd way of dealing with meshes but it works......

I use Wings 3D to actually mesh things as it is simpler, easier and much more handleable (if in fact that is a word?) than anything else I have tried

I have Maya, 3DS max and milkshape but they all make meshing confusing but Wings is so easy.

I first make whatever I like in Wings then export it as an Obj file
Then I import it to Milkshape and add the textures
Then when done export it to NIF

Looks a foook up but it works :)

Good luck
