I'm the grandmaster of the morag tong and i can't get eno to give me the grandmaster writs. I let him retire. What do i do ? I'm playing on the PC version for right now.

Grandmaster Writs don't come from the Grandmaster, they're given to the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Grandmaster- as in your character:

"Once you become Grandmaster, visit any of the other quest givers to receive a number of Grandmaster writs."

Go see any of the other quest givers you have gotten writs from before.

I guess i encountered a bug because eno didn't dissapear. Also the masters of the morag tong don't have the Grandmaster writs as a topic.

Two things - one, you need to have completed the Main Quest before you can get these writs.

Secondly there is a bug in this in that the quest givers say - " We have no Writs of execution at this time, Grandmaster" response. You can still do them but you have to just go kill the NPC without a writ, or you need to ask the quest giver about the NPC if he is in the dialogue options.

I got that bug. And i guess i better start the main quest. The quest givers don't have the dude's name who gives you the bad people quest in their diolog box. I do have the monk mod and chateau nerevarine mods active but i don't think it will affect the morag tong grandmaster writs quests.
