Live in Russia and want to buy Morrowing goty which have original (eng) language. Atm users from Russia are forced to buy translated version made by 1c, which is much inferior to eng version imo.

Boxed version in gamesas store isnt shipped to Russia ofc. Aswell as steam version is cheapest, but as far as i know it isnt very friendly with mods.
Really i want to pay for this masterpiece game (and i doubt something that complex and beautifull will be released ever again), but i cant

It is also available from http://www.impulsedriven.com/morrowind. Although that's probably identical to the Steam version.

The Steam version can use mods and programs like MGE.
You have to redate your BSAs to their original 2002 date (you can use http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/File-Management/Attribute-Changer.shtml for this) and you need to disable the "Steam Community In-Game" feature.... but other than that you should be fine.
