Soo Hecerinde is suppose to have lockpicks but when i barter he has nothing. Nothing at all. 0.o and he had one of the best lockpicks. How do I fix this bug? or is there someone else who sells grand lockpicks or something?

Perhaps "Morrowind Bug?" wasnt the best name... Maybe try: "where can i get lockpicks"

Someone in the Hlaalu Council Manor also sells (master?) lockpicks from memory.

Hecerinde does not sell lockpicks, but he will buy them. His main purpose besides a thieves guild quest is being master security trainer

In the first versions of the game Hecerinde used to sell lockpicks, but the later/GOTY versions removed them from him
