Am updating Gskaard's mods and saw that TEC 2.5 comes with strange esp: TEC_4ERA_Dialog_Filter.

So my question what is this for, what it does and can it be added to next update of BOSS.
Where to shove it, what tags to put on it and how to treat it?

Plus, I think you intended your thread title to be "The Elder Council 2.5." You had me scratching my head over the possible meanings of Daggerfall 2.5.
