I am trying to play morrowind with a controller. I click enable joystick, I am ok with the controls but one the right anolog is messed up. When I move it up it looks to the right, down is left, right is up, left is down. Is there anyway to fix this?

Open your morrowind.ini and see if swapping the values of the following two lines helps:

Joystick Look Up/Down=6
Joystick Look Left/Right=3

It's actually best to disable the controller in-game and configure the controller entirely using JoyToKey.

I've tried xpadder but the controls lagged a lot.
