I am having problems with Morrwind

Hello I'm having an issue with Morrwind. I checked the Vista/Windows 7 problems topic but it has nothing to do with some errors whenever I launch Morrwind. I get these boxes (in order) and they have yes or no boxes and I click yes.
(this is for Bloodmoon.esm)
"Chunk Size 10 is too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Maz size is 8, data truncated to "#". Continue running executable?"
"Region 'Felsaad Coast Region' Weather Chances do not total 100 percent. Continue running executable?"
"Chunk Size 10 is too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Maz size is 8, data truncated to "#". Continue running executable?"
"Region 'Moesring Mountain Region' Weather Chances do not total 100 percent. Continue running exectuable?"
"Chunk Size 10 is too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Maz size is 8, data truncated to "#". Continue running executable?"
"Region 'Isinfier Plains Region' Weather Chances do not total 100 percent. Continue running executable?"
"Chunk Size 10 is too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Maz size is 8, data truncated to "#". Continue running executable?"
"Chunk Size 10 is too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Maz size is 8, data truncated to "#". Continue running executable?"
And then it takes me to Initializing data and it crashes with the box that says:
"Morrowind has stopped working."
Any ways I can fix this?
Edit 1: Forgot to mention that I did try compatibility mode.

Looks like you installed the expansions in the wrong order.
It needs to be: Morrowind->Tribunal->Bloodmoon

You don't need to uninstall anything, just reinstall Bloodmoon and it should fix it.
