I was curious if it would be possible to create a mod that adds a custom radio player to the game. I have seen several of these around that simply allow you to then play your own mp3's on your own computer.

My question was, could this also be done to connect to a live radio stream on the internet using a shoutcast server, or possibly even an icecast or other sort?

I have several members on my internet radio network who have been asking if this could be done, and after alot of research I could not find any sort of reference material.

there was an attempt to connect a Terminal in the game to the itnernet. it actually was able to connect you to a chatroom.

Could you show me a post about this or whereever I could get more information on it?

If I could have a look at the source for it, I may be able to use that for a reference to do this part
