Integration: The Stranded Light and COBL Races

One of http://theelderscrolls.info/?go=dlfile&fileid=349's required mods is the Race Balancing Project. I use COBL Races, which says it's based on the RBP. Is it compatible with Integration?

No Cobl Races will not work with Integration

Intergration requires Race Balancing Project in order to work.
