Possible Free Xbox 360 Modding : IV

Is there a possible way to mod Oblivion on the Xbox 360 with out having to pay for anything?

Here's what I can use:
4GB USB Memory/Flash stick
Oblivion disc (Not GOTY)
The Internets
8 Deathnote tankobans which I splashed my money on, which is why I need a free solution to me rage needs.

Okay, thanks. I'll just wait until I get a better computer, then buy Oblivion for PC.
