Need Eat-Sleep-Drink mod (non-FOSE) - suggestions?

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 8:56 pm

I'm looking for a stable eat-drink-sleep requirement mod, preferably one that comes with a bedroll or sleeping bag compatibility.

If it adds crippled limbs needing specific care that is cool as well.

I really enjoy hardcoe mode in FO:NV but never played with something similar in FO3. Would like to have suggestions from people as to what one is most stable/comprehensive.

Thank you!

Primary Needs / Real Injuries is dedicated to that sort of thing. You should also look at It's Bubbly.

I don't think http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2125 requires FOSE but even if it did why don't you want it to?

http://amito.freehostia.com/Fallout/FO-mods04.htm comes with a http://amito.freehostia.com/Fallout/FO-mods04.htm#Med-Tec, which includes eating/drinking/sleeping needs, making the healing process a little more difficult, and even add a completely new wounds system with burns, bleeding, trauma and a few other things to keep track off. Pretty detailed, works nicely.

The Med-Tec module can be used separately from the main tweaks, but if you really want a hardcoe survival RPG experience, get them all. :D

Edit: Actually I think it does require FOSE. You're missing out on lots of good mods if you can't get FOSE to work.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11418. Has almost as many endorsemants as RI Primary Needs, but was released more than a year later. Works with or without FOSE.

I prefer the RipNo patch for primary needs. It makes the game pretty snazzy. But I do not use the latest version. Hopefully despite the confusing nature of getting it running. The older versions are still up. That would be my advice. Use the old version before whats his name started modding it again.
