Rabble rabble rabble...my first reaction would be no, because obviously the Orcs are not influenced by the Japanese outside of their (Morrowind) armor. However, it would be weird to me if Nords had say, Boston accents, because they look like Scandinavians, have Scandinavian weapons and armor, Scandinavian boats and houses, Scandinavian names...

But I guess I will still say that because the Japanese/Orc connection does begin and end at armor. From one game. In Oblivion it's much more Chinese/Mongolian.

It said somewhere that the Orcs based their armor designs off of Altmer armor anyway.

I think the Orcs should have some sort of Italo-American or Sicilian accent, and speak in a movie stereotype patois of Mafia button men.
