Hi, this is my first post here on beth forums. I tried searching for threads on this specific topic but found nothing relevant, so I apologize if there is a source that I missed.

My question is, will the pre-order DLC packs be available at a later date to purchase or unlock? Or, has it been announced that the pre-order packs are permanently exclusive? Any info on the availability of these packs would be greatly appreciated.

The devs have said that they have no plans to release exclusive DLC at a later date.
