Hello everyone, I was looking at the user images from NMC's Texture Pack, and I noticed a few images that piqued my interest. I loved the way whatever mod they were using dealt with color.

So I did a little searching, and the closest I could find is the Bright Fog setting for Dynamic Weather, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the same. Does anyone happen to know which mod this is? And if not, could I get recommendations for mods that deal with this type of surrealistic look?

The fogginess in the first one reminds me of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607, but the other images look like they have a bit of Photoshopping done as they seem to have a blueish tinge. Unless it's just their settings, or something. I used to get some green and blue effects without editing just because of my settings.

I recommend Dynamic Weather, as that's what I like and use
