I created a spell in the Cs, a greater power actually.
I checked the 'PC start spell' thing, but the power is not available when I create a new character.

Besides that I also want to add the power to my existing character.
The 'addspell' command didn't work, not when I used the power ID, nor with the Cs name.

My thought was I could add it to the racial powers in the Race menu thing of the Cs, but then there would be a chance any NPC might use the power in combat right?

Thoughts / solutions?
