Confused

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1852 In this mod, the steps 2 and 3 confuse me a little.

Do you have to do them if you have FOMM with the archive invalidation thing on it?

No, just use the option in FOMM and you can forget about steps 2 and 3.
