Having lots of CTD's...could someone look at my LO?

hmmm....so I've run BOSS and there are some unrecognized mods at the end. Could someone help me and tell me where would be best in the LO? I'm getting CTD's frequently and think these may be the culprit. Thanks!!
I've pointed out the unrecognized mods and shown where I've put them....but was guessing big time when I placed them. thanks everybody!!!
