When you say "old tongue of tamriel": which one, specifically? I doubt you are going to find translations of highly specialised scientific words, but modern Tamrielic is basically English anyway.

EDIT: oh, aldmeri.

Hmm, any suggestions?

Maybe argonian or ayleid (i heard ayleid is similar to old ehlnofey/aldmeris)

all of them will b able to swim so maybe they could have spread north from black marsh?
Main ones are
- lycaenops wich is based on wolf anims and nearly finished
- a bear anim based reptile
- and an amphibian type, newt like

all have something new in the way of mesh and anims and im hoping westly wil texture them

To my knowledge no Argonian, or very little, is known
Aylied isn't well known, again if at all, either
Most common language would be Daedric

'course, daedric is just a font type with some funky names for the letters.

How accurate or lore-correct is that however?

It's accurate. Everything there comes from in-game sources.
