Are there any good mods for The Pitt?

I recently ordered the Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt combo pack off of Amazon in another attempt to get back into Fallout 3, and I wanted to know if any good mods for The Pitt had been made. I had played it on my Xbox 360 version when it first came out and loved it, and I think playing both of these again will help me encourage me to get back into the game (My problem with doing that has been that I explored almost everything on my 360 and couldn't get motivated to do it again on my PC). I'm looking specifically for expansions to the city. When it first came out there was all this talk of how it was ripe for expansion via mods, and it is, but after looking it seems nothing came of all that talk. I'll be downloading the popular house mod for it, but I was hoping more had been made for it. Is there more I'm just missing?

Not really :(
There's a little home or two and some mods which add Trogs or Pitt Raider equipment to the wasteland but no real reason to go back to The Pitt once you finish the DLC. On the bright side, you'll be able to explore the Steelyard with hordes of trogs from MMM.

OT: If you can bring yourself to buy Zeta again, Mothership Zeta Crew is absolutely fantastic.

Oh well, that's too bad. But, I've downloaded plenty of other mods in preparation, so I have a good feeling that I'll finally be able to get back into it this time. At least I hope so.
