I searched but only found information on buying potions. It's pitiful that I still don't know this.

Hrm... I'm going to take a stab at this even though I am ashamed to admit I don't know it for sure:

Temples and the DB sell potions, therefore they should buy them, too. You'd have to be of sufficient rank, of course. Pawn Shops buy anything except ingredients and clothing, so they may buy them, too. (you can sell pretty much anything between a pawn shop, apothecary, and tailor/general store)

Thanks for the reply. I'll try a temple. No dice with the pawn shops. As for the Dark Brotherhood, I haven't discovered them yet.

You can't sell them to the DB (and not souls either! )

AFAIK, nobody buys potions.

Thanks for that, Python. I suspected as much. Considering they have gold values, perhaps the ability to sell potions is just another thing the developers didn't get a chance to properly implement.
