I am not exactly sure when but at some point now I have become unable to save my settings.

my view distance and other settings will jump around from low to high and will not stay at a certain point and when I manually try to change it and keep it there, the settings revert back no matter what and will not save. then it goes back to jumping around. Is this a mod conflict? Is there a fix? I have tried saving the settings from console by saving the ini in game but it still reverts back.

Are you using Streamline? The streamsight feature adjusts video settings on the fly to optimize performance, and could account for what you are describing.
