For what you're attempting to accomplish, I'd think most people would be interested in seeing it released in some fashion. Resurrect away! :thumbsup:

You're taking on a huge project, so it's understandable that you will need extended breaks to recharge the modding spark now and again.

From the comments through out this thread, there is no doubt that a lot of eople will be eagerly awaiting the finish of this mod.
For my self, I will say that new mods with the size and ambition of this, is what will make me continue playing Morrowind (especially since Aragonians are my favourite race).

So if you go ahead with this, I'm sure the community will give you full support. And I believe, that most modders need to take time off modding from time to time to keep their entusiasm in modding, so don't be quick to announce your mods dead, just because you don't feel like modding for a week or two.
