After modding Fallout using my steam copy and installing some mods (MMM, FOOK, WMK, FWE) Everything worked fine. After installing EVE, I found it started to crash. After disabling the EVE plugins, the Title screen loaded , but no longer had any text. Just the picture of the Brotherhood of Steel staring at me, as I contemplated why the screen was empty.

Does anyone know why my game would behave like this?

I had the same problem and it was these files that was the problem
FOIP - EVE and FWE 6-01
FOIP - Weapon Mod Kits and FWE 6-03

I just looked up this issue because the same thing happened to me. Anyone know if theyre is a fix i would really love to run both these great mods and use FOIP to give it that extra nice touch.

This usually means that you're running an esp file without one of the master files (esm) it depends on. Are you still running any EVE compatibility patches maybe?

I have Energy Visuals Enhanced, FWE, Weapon Mod Kits and MMM and am using all of the FOIP patches to get them to play nice together. The issue started once i installed EVE and the FOIP patches

The FOIP patch for EVE and FWE is for version 0.96 of EVE. Downgrade to it and your game should be back to normal.

Alright i downloaded the .96 version but it wont download/install correctly. It seems there is no ESM file as the readme says there should be.

AFAIK, the only esm version of EVE is the .97 version. It should just be Eve.esp and the Eve Anchorage.esp. Sorry, I don't have it dl'ed on this computer and can't check the archive.

Thats okay. The only issue is with FO3edit, it wont let me make a merged patch because it cannot find the .esm, I looked at it briefly maybe its trying to tell me it cant find the anchorage.esp since i dont have it installed
