The future of Brink

Had to make a new title sorry.

Now i know it is way too early to even be talking about a DLC or add on, but i just want to bring it up. I've seen a lot of single player campaign videos and to me it looks like they can't really make a DLC. Of course i don't know what the ending will be but the campaign revolves around just the ARC, or so we know. Their could be add ons for maybe like character appeal (clothing, tattoos, etc) but i don't think they will put guns or maps as an add on seeing how the multiplayer missions are the campaign missions basically.

What are your thoughts?

Since I assume both campaigns end in a satisfying one side lost the other won the end kind of way. My best guess would be they will add more "What if" missions into the game. There's going to be two at launch. So if anything they will just add in more of the What if missions. Also while I doubt it they could add in a bridger between Brink 1 and 2 if they so choose to make a second one. Mass effect did it, can't see why Brink couldn't. Of course this depends on if they choose to go with a canon ending and bunch of other stuff.

Also, while the "main" battle's happening in one area, what's to stop them from having a second group doing something somewhere else?

Why not add new maps and missions that are side-stories?

Shouldn't be too hard to come up with events on the Ark outside the main line of the story.
